President McGurk called the special meeting to order at 1:25 p.m. and Presdient McGurk led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present at the District were Directors Atkins, McGurk, Nakaue, Panizza, Sanguinetti and Watkins. Also present was Manager Hopkins, Assistant Manager Vega and Administrative Assistant Rodriguez. Director Cortopassi was absent.
