I take great pleasure in announcing that we expect to have a normal irrigation season in 2019. New Hogan Reservoir is currently at 166,000 acre-feet of water. This is generally where we want the Reservoir to be at this time of year.
The District provided a normal irrigation season this year and we are confident we will have a normal irrigation season next year.
As of September 19, 2018, New Melones Reservoir sits at 1,799,000 acre-feet. While this is good news, we will have to keep an eye on what the United States Bureau of Reclamation plans to release for environmental flows this Fall and next Spring.
